Renewable generation vs Conventional generation

Despite the cold temperatures, which should increase the price of gas, we are experiencing big drops. The main reason is the sudden rise in temperature to above 5°C and the increase in RES production accompanying the weather changes. The average temperature in Germany will be 5°C, as much as 3.1°C above normal.
In Poland, based on predictive analysis, we can forecast that more than 25% of energy will come from wind power plants in the coming days. Energy prices on the spot market fell 28% to PLN670/MWh.
